betlazada Privacy Policy

This page describes what we collect when you use betlazada and how we keep that data protected. We handle two distinct types of information: your identity (name, ID number, phone) required for account verification and payment processing, and your gaming activity (bets, deposits, withdrawals, login timestamps). The second type stays separate from the first—your gaming choices are not linked to your identity in our public records or shared with third parties outside the gaming ecosystem.

Payment platforms like DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet operate under Indonesia's financial-data rules, which means when you deposit via these methods, your transaction data flows through their systems first. We do not store your payment details ourselves—they remain with your bank or e-wallet provider. What we store is the transaction record: date, time, amount, and method (e.g., "mobile banking deposit our welcome offer").

Our data centres sit in multiple regions, including outside Indonesia. This means your account information may be processed by servers in jurisdictions with different privacy laws. By using betlazada, you acknowledge this geographic distribution of your data.

  • Device: mobile OS version, browser type, IP address
  • Payment records: transaction history with local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet

Identity Verification and KTP Storage on betlazada

When you register on betlazada, we ask for your legal name and national ID (KTP) number. We verify this information within one business day—or within two days during Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, or Nyepi when our team works reduced hours. We store your KTP image in encrypted form on servers in Indonesia and backup regions. Your KTP image is never shown to third parties, never sold, and never used for purposes other than account verification and fraud prevention.

You can request that we delete your KTP image after verification is complete. We will retain only your KTP number (not the image) for compliance with Indonesian financial regulations. If you request account closure, your KTP data is deleted after 12 months, in line with data retention rules that prevent re-registration fraud.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Data

We do not store your payment method details—your DANA wallet PIN, e-wallet password, mobile banking credentials, or local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking account login. When you choose to deposit via any of these methods on betlazada, the payment gateway (operated by our third-party processor) handles the sensitive credentials. We receive only a confirmation: "Deposit successful, IDR amount, timestamp, method." Your payment provider (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, etc.) holds the full transaction record on their side.

Withdrawal requests are processed through the same method you used to deposit. If you deposited via mobile banking, your withdrawal goes back to local payment. We store the withdrawal timestamp, amount, and status (pending, complete, or failed) in your betlazada account history. If a withdrawal fails due to a network timeout or bank error, we retry automatically within 24 hours. If it remains stuck, our support team in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, and other cities in our service region can manually investigate.

Your Rights and Data Access on betlazada

We comply with Indonesia's data-protection principles. You have the right to request a copy of all personal data we hold about you on betlazada. To do so, contact our support team with your account email and KTP number. We will provide a download of your data within 14 days in a standard text or spreadsheet format.

You also have the right to request corrections if your identity data is inaccurate. If you notice your phone number or email on betlazada is wrong, log in, navigate to Account Settings, and update it. Identity fields (name, KTP, date of birth) can be corrected by submitting a request to support with a clear photo of your KTP.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered, and your username is permanently unavailable for re-registration. Gaming history and transaction records are retained for 12 months for compliance purposes, then purged.

Cookies and Tracking on betlazada

We use cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your language and interface preferences on betlazada. We do not use cookies to track your behaviour outside our platform. We do not sell cookie data to advertisers. Some cookies are set by our hosting provider to monitor server performance and detect abuse; these are technical and do not identify you personally.

Third Parties and Data Sharing

We share your identity data only with third parties when required by law or when necessary for payment processing. For example, when you request a withdrawal via online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment, we confirm your name and account details with the bank. Payment processors for online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and online payment also receive your account information as part of the transaction. We do not share your data with marketing firms, data brokers, or affiliates of betlazada.

Our customer-support team can view your account history (but not your KTP image) to resolve disputes or investigate technical issues. Our fraud-detection system (automated, not human-reviewed) scans for patterns that suggest account abuse, money laundering, or underage access.

Contact and Disputes

If you have concerns about how we handle your data on betlazada, contact our support team via email or phone. We will respond within 48 business hours. If we do not resolve your concern, you can escalate to Indonesia's data-protection authority or file a complaint through your local jurisdiction if you are outside Indonesia.

This privacy policy applies to all users of betlazada, whether you access the platform via Android app, iOS browser, or desktop web. We update this policy periodically to reflect changes in our data practices or Indonesian regulation. We will notify you of material changes via email. Your continued use of betlazada after such notification means you accept the updated policy.
